Tammy joins the Omaha OB-GYN team as a licensed therapist. She graduated from Wayne State College with her Master’s degree in Counseling and has provided therapy services to Nebraska clients in intensive dual diagnosis inpatient services for mental health and substance abuse issues, out-patient mental health services and intensive outpatient substance abuse issues, extensive Telehealth counseling including EAP.

As a licensed therapist in Nebraska, Tammy Woslager is passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered through life’s challenges. At Omaha OB-GYN, she provides compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe being themselves. Tammy works with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, trauma, motherhood, and personal growth. She also has extensive experience supporting women’s mental health, young adult transitions, and midlife experiences.
Her approach focuses on helping clients heal from past emotional wounds, improve communication, build self-confidence, and reconnect with their inner strength. Believing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all, Tammy tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and experiences. She draws from a variety of counseling methods to help individuals reach their personal goals.
Her style is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth, with a strong emphasis on creating a space where women feel comfortable exploring healthier ways to move forward.
