Jackie McNichols, A.P.R.N., has been an employee with Omaha OB/GYN Associates since 1997. She began her career as an office nurse but decided to advance her education, graduating from UNMC College of Nursing in 2004 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She then earned her certification from NCC as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Fortunately, she was able to continue her career in this advanced role at the place she had come to love.

Jackie chose Women’s Health because of her special interest in the unique health needs of women across all ages. She especially enjoys caring for women struggling with fertility and supporting pregnant women as they prepare to bring their babies into the world. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been seeing many daughters of the mothers she has cared for over the years. Having reached menopause herself, Jackie has become even more empathetic to patients navigating this stage of life and is passionate about helping them experience a smooth transition through what can often be a challenging time. Over the course of her career, she has also had the privilege of precepting numerous students as they prepare for advanced careers in healthcare.
Personal Life
Jackie is married with two grown children and enjoys spending time with her family, including six beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, and cheer on Husker football, volleyball, and Cubs baseball.
