They answer the phone quickly, it's easy to make appointments, the nurses promptly return calls or messages, the wait room times are typically 15 mins or less. They are great about billing your insurance for you and have never asked for payment up front (as opposed to making you pay at your first visit for your estimated pregnancy care/delivery fees as seems to be the norm in my new west coast state). Everyone I've interacted with in this office over the last 7 years was friendly."
