Menopause & Perimenopause Services

Omaha OB/GYN offers care to help manage the symptoms and health changes that often come with this natural life stage. Please contact either of our office locations with any questions or to schedule a consultation appointment.

Hormonal Assessments

Hormone fluctuations can cause hot flashes, irregular cycles, mood changes, and sleep disturbances. We provide testing to measure estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and other hormone levels, giving us a clear picture of your health and guiding effective treatment options.

Symptom Management

From hot flashes and night sweats to fatigue and mood swings, menopause symptoms can vary widely. We work closely with patients to create tailored care plans using lifestyle recommendations, non-hormonal treatments, or medications to reduce discomfort and restore balance.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

For women who qualify, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can help restore declining hormone levels, relieve symptoms, and improve overall quality of life. Our providers will carefully evaluate your health history to determine whether HRT is right for you.

Bone & Heart Health

Menopause can increase the risk of osteoporosis and cardiovascular changes. Our care includes screenings, prevention strategies, and treatment recommendations to protect bone strength and heart health throughout this stage of life.

Emotional & Mental Well-Being

The transition through menopause can also affect mood and mental health. Our team offers counseling and supportive care to address anxiety, depression, and other challenges, ensuring a whole-person approach to treatment.
